Job Description:


What you can expect

  • Support the design and delivery of Benefits programs and processes, in alignment with market practice and group strategy.
  • Serve as a Benefits partner to our HR organization and stakeholders.
  • Support the definition of Benefits portfolio guaranteeing compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage communication and change management for implementation of Benefits programs.
  • Assess and evaluate employee satisfaction and feedback to improve the Benefits and Recognition portfolio.
  • Support design and drive implementation of new recognition initiatives in alignment with Rewards strategy.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and best practices in Benefits and Recognition.

Qualifications:


About you

  • Considerable experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with Benefits and Recognitions tools/systems
  • Strong rational skills, with the ability to put new ideas into concepts and actionable programs.
