•Participer à l'identification des activités de R&D pour la direction d'activité Est afin de les rendre plus visibles
•Accompagner les équipes sur des démarches R&D et développements expérimentaux (robotique et l'automatisation des procédés, valorisation de la chaleur fatale des fours sidérurgiques, technologie hydrogène,
•Être force de proposition pour améliorer la traçabilité des projets (documentation des travaux et des résultats)
•Tracer les activités et présenter les démarches scientifiques
•Mener des recherches documentaires afin d'établir des états de l'art techniques/scientifiques ; veille scientifique et technique
•Travailler sur les indicateurs R&D et l'amélioration des tableaux de bord.
Votre profil
Vous êtes étudiant(e) en formation supérieure, idéalement de type ingénieur, avec une appétence pour les domaines de l'Industrie et des nouvelles technologies, et recherchez un stage (bac +4/5) de 6 mois qui vous apportera une bonne culture du monde industriel. Une spécialisation en management de l'innovation serait un plus.
Vos atouts pour réussir : curieux et pédagogue, vous faites preuve d'une aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle qui vous permettra de comprendre des problématiques techniques variées et de rédiger des documents de synthèse présentant les démarches scientifiques.
