Job description:


The Manager Customer Offer will be responsible for:
Lead new customer usership offer for New and used cars integrated development
Align with S&M transformation, CMM and coordinate with other S&M Departments offer bricks
Model offer revenues and margin scheme
Identify pilots requirements & define pilots PDCA
Benchmark competitors (OEMs, Leasers, others), identify opportunities for revenues and differentiation
Collect customer voice
Prepare for usership offer roll out launch


Profile:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in offer management, marketing, or related roles
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English Fluent
Leasing or Used cars background
