Job Description:

As an intern you will:

Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, other administrative responsibilities and monitor user adoption
Gather and document requirements for new functionality requests from a crossfunctional team of Salesforce users, communicate on sprint releases
Create reports & dashboards to support business functions
Maintain governance and data integrity within Salesforce through data cleanup, reconciliation & maintenance
Develop dynamic record pages, new page layouts
Based on your skills, support in setting up new process flows and new integrations between Salesforce and thirdparty softwares

Qualifications:

Required skills / knowledge

Experience working with the Salesforce suite and especially Sales & Service Cloud OR relevant Trailhead badges.
Knowledge of standard objects: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price books, Leads.
An understanding of Validation rules, Lightning Flows and process builder jobs
Ability to perform data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using Data loader.
