We are currently looking for our future
"Project Finance Analyst (F/H/X)" located in Paris, to contribute to the development of the Project Finance team.


Your mission:


Reporting to the
CFO, your main mission is to support the development of Lhyfe's mission by
building excellent relationships with our financial partners and independently
structure the financing of our green hydrogen production plants in France and internationally.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Project Finance Analyst in implementing the financing processes for Lhyfe's projects while being able to manage these processes independently.
  • Preparing and negotiating financing term sheets and project contractual documentation.
  • Monitoring of due diligence processes, financial modelling and risk analysis and mitigation in relation to Lhyfe's projects.
  • Supporting the internal approval process and preparation of relevant materials for Final Investment Decision.
  • Monitoring the financing of projects in construction and operation phases in coordination with the controlling team: managing the monitoring of drawdowns, contractual obligations and ensuring the relevance of potential refinancing and helping to arrange it when necessary.
  • Preparing project presentations and argumentation of the financial aspects to the decisionmaking bodies (Finance Department, Investment Committee).
  • Working closely with the business development teams on the preparation of business plans and contributing to their regular updates.
  • Finally, actively monitoring market conditions for bank and institutional financing.

Skills and requirements:


Graduated in
Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Preferably Masters/MBA), you have
3 years of experience in Project Finance or in a related position with exposure to Project Finance.

In which you have developed skills in
financial modelling. An experience in the Energy industry is a plus.


Lhyfe's projets and teams are based in different European countries, being fluent in both
French & English is mandatory to work in project mode.
