MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING MANAGER/DIRECTOR: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING OF PURCHASING TOOLS
• Oversee the production of purchasing administrator and/or purchasing administrator department dashboards.
• Analyze purchasing performance changes and translate the quantified indicators into purchasing language to foster strategic thinking by the purchasing administrators and the purchasing director.
• Oversee the update of the contractual database and check its content.
• Help users to get started with purchasing tools.
• Ensure communication with the various networks (purchasing, suppliers, building sites, etc.). SUPPLIER MONITORING
• Ensure daily monitoring of the suppliers to provide them with ongoing operational support and quickly identify needs for action and response on behalf of the company: quality incidents, procurement incidents, etc.
• Ensure follow-up with suppliers (collection of remittances, retrieval of documents, etc.)
• Help to minimize supplier risks by tracking internal and external indicators PREPARATION OF THE PURCHASING PROCESSES
• Participate in the organization and follow-up of consultations in collaboration with the purchasing teams.
• Set up and continually update the supplier and product databases. JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Vocational diploma (with experience) – BTS – DUTFIELDS OF STUDY : Administrative management – LanguagesREQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Beginners or applicants with significant experience in administrative management accepted JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL: All company functions – Purchasing networkEXTERNAL: Suppliers – Prospects

Formation :

Vous préparez une Licence ou Master en alternance dans le domaine des Achats.

Compétences :

Force de proposition, vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de l'organisation.

Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et vous savez vous adapter, vous serez au quotidien en lien avec l'équipe Achats de la Région. Votre rôle sera de les accompagner sur les différentes thématiques Achats.

La maitrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) est exigée.
