- Campaigns: Lead customer acquisition and retention campaigns
- Marketing Content: Define and manage the marketing plan and editorial strategy
- Marketing Content: Design, create, and write the company's marketing materials: customer testimonials, white papers, guides, magazines, blog articles, etc.
- Marketing Content: Organize and host webinars in collaboration with other teams
- Products And Offers: Create sales collateral and product presentation materials
- Events: Contribute to the organization of events: trade shows, networking clubs, team-building activities
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role (in-house or agency)
- Strong autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid B2B marketing experience (especially acquisition & lead generation)
- Excellent command of French (written and spoken, flawless spelling)
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong digital marketing skills:
- Website management (CMS)
- Social media management (especially LinkedIn)
- Analytics and performance tracking (KPIs, conversions, ROI)
- Experience managing acquisition and retention campaigns
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, partners, clients, providers)
- Excellent writing and content creation skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Degree from a business school (ESC) or formal education in Marketing & Communication
- Experience in mobile marketing
- Advanced SEO expertise
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition tools (Google Ads) beyond basics
- Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Canva, Figma
- Experience organizing webinars and professional events (trade shows, networking events)
- Experience creating long-form content (white papers, guides, magazines)
- Prior experience working in a fast-growing or scale-up B2B environment

About The Role
In a growing B2B environment specializing in mobile marketing, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist capable of leading and executing 360° marketing initiatives, both in internal and external communications, targeting the business and partner market in France. The position requires a high level of autonomy, strong versatility, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, partners, clients, and service providers) to promote the company's brand image and achievements to various audiences.
