YOUR contribution:


Context
Product control department insure the post-trade control processes for the Gas trading activity at Engie.

By insuring the alignment between the contractual terms Vs the booking and by managing the day to day contract lifecycle (closing, invoicing, counterparties point of contract )- The team members are the single point of contact for the counterparties, the financial department and the FOs for the contract management.- We are looking for an intern for 6 months starting ASAP.

The job is based in La Défense (Engie Power).
Role

Day to day activities:

  • Support the product control team members in charge of the Natural Gas contracts by taking in charge the production of reports (customs reports, Volume/price check with the group entities )
  • Participate on the closing and the invoicing phases
  • 2. Automation and Documentation
  • Automate report produced currently manually in Excel files by using VBA, Phyton, PowerBI
  • Update the process documentation

Good knowledge on Trading activities, if they are related to the energy market it will be a plus:
