Description

Your generalist insurance knowledge, strong organizational skill, Scrum master capabilities, and relational capacity will be key success factors for the Innovation process.


Key duties and responsibilities

  • Insure a good link between the P&I Team and the Foresight & Strategic partnership Team to align the Innovation Strategy.
  • Support the Head of Product and Innovation and the Head of foresight in the definition of the Innovation strategy.
  • Support the P&I Team in the definition of the market/line specific innovation roadmaps in line with Innovation strategy and market needs.
  • Organize in the quarterly Tactical reviews.
  • Facilitate communications on Innovation projects, both ongoing and rollout, internally to all SCOR and externally.
  • Be an ambassador of Partners Innovation process by supporting business / domains teams executing their projects with a Scurm Master role.
  • As part of your Scrum Master role you:
  • Work closely with business leaders across the company supporting key business priorities
  • Foster and participate in a culture of continuous improvement
  • Be available to communicate the benefits/values of an Agile mindset and framework to market leaders and teams throughout the organization.
  • Organize/facilitate meetings, discussions, empowered decision making, and engage in conflict resolution when necessary and coaching the team towards nonviolent communication.
  • Facilitate and/or lead team ceremonies as needed daily standups; sprint planning; backlog refinement; team reviews and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
  • Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
  • Gather & analyze data & metrics on team performance to aid retrospectives & continuous improvement.

Required experience & competencies

  • 5 + years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, in a consulting firm or company.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital innovation related topics
  • Agile or PMO certification

Required Education

  • A graduate from a Scientific/Business major schools, or with a Masters from a high level university
  • CSPO and/or CSM certification or equivalent experience
  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or Actuarial Science.
  • Certification obtained in Coaching, Agile working or similar.
