Summary / purpose of the position
The HR Function is increasingly requested to provide
KPIs to support the workforce insights and performance.

These KPIs are also under external scrutiny, leading to a
growing reporting to external stakeholders, be it the European regulator (via the CSRD), the rating agencies (e.g.

Standard & Poors) and therefore the external statutory auditors.


In this very dynamic context, the HR Analytics Manager, under the management of the VP, HR Strategy, HR Data Analytics and Solutions
ensures the quality and the overall consistency of Ipsen global HR Analytics, leads the efforts to continuously improve them and to make the Ipsen HR community even more data-driven.


They
provide analyses that are used by the management, including the ELT and the CHRO, to support their workforce-related decisions.


They
interact with the HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) (Compensation & Benefits, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Information Systems, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture & Engagement, HR Communication ) to develop the appropriate architecture for their own KPIs and to ensure an overall consistency.


They
may represent HR for all topics regarding HR KPIs towards internal stakeholders in HR and outside HR (such as CSR or internal communications ).

They
oversee submissions of HR KPIs externally (e.g. Standard & Poors ESG Surveys, French Gender Equity Index, External turnover benchmarks, CSRD ) and provide inputs for optimized KPI strategy. They ensure proper documentation.

They
represent HR towards external auditors
and regulatory bodies.

They own the
global HR KPI definitions.

The scope is global, covering approximately 5600 employees, 3000 external contractors in 38 countries.


Main responsibilities / job expectations


In this context, the apprentice will support the HR Data Analytics manager and thus acquire a global overview of all HR areas and KPIs.

They will have interactions with several departments, both inside (Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits ) and outside (Finance, Sustainability ) of HR.

Whenever possible, they will be included in the projects led at a global level.


They will get an in-depth understanding of how KPIs are kept under control via robust processes and how they are developed to answer business needs.

Under the supervision of the HR Data Analytics manager:

  • Prepare HR dashboards for HR Divisions, Executive Leadership team and for the HR Reviews: prepare documents, provide insights
  • Collaborate with HR teams to followup on data quality improvement points
  • Collaborate to feeding HR benchmarks databases
  • Contribute to the HR Survey preparations (Standard & Poors )
  • Contribute to the HR KPIs used in official publications (Universal Registration Document, CSRD )
On an adhoc basis, contribute to projects led by the HR Analytics Department (e

g:
new CSRD requirements).


Knowledge, abilities & experience

Abilities:

  • Proactive, curious, meticulous
  • Keen interest in HR, CSR and Financial topics

Education / Certifications:

  • Master student in HR, Business or Data Management

Tools:

  • Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint

Languages:

  • English
  • French would be a plus
