The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience including:


  • Master Degree in Engineering
  • 3 years in O&M preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • CMS and other IT O&M tools
  • Rigorous, methodical, and organized.
  • A collaborative, solutionsoriented approach and strong written and oral communication skills

Activités

  • Defines O&M strategy according to asset class in coordination with local O&M managers
  • Elaborates and supports the deployment of the O&M policies, processes, guidelines, best practices, and tools
  • Coordinates O&M network, collects feedbacks and steers the continuous improvement of processes and operating procedures
  • Provides technical and methodological support to the operation and maintenance teams, ensuring the development of knowhow and expertise.
  • Propose corrective actions and improvement plans to optimize maintenance performance.
  • Implement a comprehensive system of lessonlearned to achieve a highlevel quality O&M
  • In connection with OneTech and the other A&C division, performs technology watch to stay informed about technical advancements and best practices in the maintenance field (digitalization, robotization).
  • Contributes to development and upgrade of O&M tools with peers and TDF
  • Monitors and participates in the evaluation of global strategic suppliers.

  • GRP/REN is TotalEnergies' Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewables projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, offgrid energy, storage.
  • Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables capacity by 2030
  • Given this ambitious growth agenda, the rapid pace of operations on a daily basis, and the regular changes, agility at scale and fastlearning are imperatives to continue capturing market opportunities and honing our innovation capacities while industrializing processes and streamlining our organization

REN is TotalEnergies' Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewable projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, off-grid energy, storage.
Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables by 2030 (end of April 2023 baseline : 18,2 GW)
