    ServiceNow Administrator

    Office Location:
    Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days remote


    • English and French speaking project
    Contract : 1 year project, 3-month-rolling contract with extensions to follow

As result, they are constantly pushing the boundaries and working with new technologies, with a push for automating their IT infrastructure to become a market leader in this area.

The opportunities are endless with them, simply based on the structure of their business there is constantly projects on-going, we have placed someone with them previously who worked on 4 different projects over a 3.

    Mission Summary:

    The goal of the ServiceNow System Administrator is to design, develop, build, and customise applications or provide support responsibilities to end-users of the software.

    The position will administrate the workflows on the software, implement new systems or add-ons, help with problem resolution, and test systems for efficiency.

    The ServiceNow admins also work closely with other IT specialists to ensure that workflow solutions are implemented uniformly across the network.

    Provide end-user and developer support, troubleshooting, and training in multiple languages


    • Develop and configure ad-hoc ServiceNow enhancements/configurations
    • Create clear and concise technical and process documentation
    • Create and execute test plans
    • Experience with end user services, information technology or related field preferred
    • ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
    • Minimum of 2 years of related ServiceNow administrative work experience Required skills:
    • Ability to work independently but also in a global agile team environment
