Position:

The responsibilities of the role are defined as follows:


1) Brand Building Capability:


  • Build an MH Brand Building Capability Framework
  • Continue to build MH Brand Building Capabilities through Luxury Brand Studio learning program (live and online) including key stakeholders such as Consumer Insights, Media, Distribution and HR
  • Design futureproof Marketing target organizations and help recruit external talents to address capability gap(s) in collaboration with HR

2) Marketing Community:


  • Strengthen CMOs' community & collaboration
  • Foster learning & sharing through Luxury Brand Studio HUB and the Luxury Brand Studio Champions
  • Connect and excite the community through moments of inspiration such as the Marketing Summit
  • Facilitate Marketing Talents mobility in collaboration with HR and Marketing leadership
  • Strengthen MH Marketing sense of pride and reputation

3) Operational Excellence:


  • Review Marketing planning process including Brand Plans, Brand Boards and PMT
  • Ensure clear and efficient workflows between Maison, MH & Markets
  • Implement consistent KPIs tracking working with Consumer Insights, Media, Audit & Finance teams

Profile:


Education:
Degree qualified ideally with a marketing background + business school


Languages:
English. Other international languages advantageous


Technical & management skills:


  • Strategic marketing capability
  • Business change leadership
  • Business leader stakeholder management and influence
  • Crossfunctional team leadership
  • Credible representative of the MH organization and global marketing function to internal and external audiences

Personal & interpersonal skills:


  • A senior, strong and wellrespected marketer already within MH
  • Capacity to deal with ambiguity in a complex environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business savvy within a multinational matrixed organization
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity to deliver results and disrupt status quo
Capacity to motivate and excite people


Additional information:

The Marketing Transformation Director (MTD) will lead the Marketing Transformation Journey to accelerate Moët Hennessy's competitive advantage.

She/he will be facilitating changes within the Marketing organization to:

  • Establish Marketing as a critical function and key stakeholder driving Brand-led growth (STRATEGIC)
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness in ways of working (OPERATIONAL)
  • Unlock Marketing teams ́ full potential strengthening the community (CULTURAL)
