Zuma is excited to announce that we are looking for a Head Sushi Chef to join the team for our highly anticipated new location Cannes.

Zuma Cannes is our first opening in France, and there is no better location to launch the brand than on the iconic French Rivera.

Our venue is located within the newly refurbished Palm Beach, alongside a wealth of Luxury brands.

With a vast array of Festivals & Conferences taking place in Cannes, we will play host to many iconic events through-out the year.

With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoors, Zuma Cannes will be a destination location within the South of France.

A few of the things you will do

Lead a talented team recruiting, training and developing the future Zuma talent
Ensure that the Zuma standards are maintained and guest experience is at the forefront of everything
Drive culture and the development of the team
Have a firm grip on the BOH administrational duties required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Sushi Chef preferably in a luxury, high volume restaurant
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with precision and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
