Le Rôle
Nous recrutons un(e) Ambassadeur(trice) Client Trilingue pour soutenir les clients de marques de luxe. Basé(e) à Paris, vous travaillerez en mode hybride, avec certains jours en télétravail et d'autres au bureau après la formation initiale. Vous aiderez vos clients par téléphone, email, chat en direct et réseaux sociaux, concernant des demandes avant-vente (conseils sur produits, disponibilités, prix) et après-vente (livraisons, échanges, remboursements). Vous aiderez également à passer des commandes par téléphone ou en ligne, et participerez à des campagnes marketing en contactant vos clients réguliers pour leur faire connaître les promotions. La résolution dès la première interaction et un service client de qualité sont essentiels.

Salaire et Avantages
Contrat à temps plein (35h/semaine), avec possibilité de travailler un ou deux samedis par mois (toujours en télétravail). Des dimanches peuvent être requis en haute saison (novembre et décembre). Salaire brut annuel entre et euros.
