The Job

Role Description:

• Collaborate with the creative team to devise and implement innovative design solutions for various projects, encompassing branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, and more.
• Generate visually stunning graphics, layouts, and illustrations that effectively convey the intended message and mirror the brand identity.
• Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of all outputs meeting quality benchmarks.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously enhance skills and remain at the forefront.
• Adapt designs in response to client feedback and incorporate revisions as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Liaise with other departments to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Working Schedule: 9-5 EST (Mon-Fri)

The Profile

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Demonstrate proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar capacity, backed by a robust portfolio showcasing a diverse array of design projects.
• Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Exhibit a solid grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at effectively conveying ideas and concepts to team members and clients.
• Display keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch work.
• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Showcase creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for pushing boundaries and exploring fresh ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Possess knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
