About this opportunity:


Eviosys is currently looking for a Master Data Assistant Controller, for a
6-month contract (Maternity Leave), to be based in our functionnal HUB in Saint-Ouen, to be part of the Master Data team.


As such, the person with this role must become an expert on various ERPs (such as JDE and SAP) and must understand how they interact with each other.

This allows the Master Data Assistant Controller to guide internal customers, answer their questions, correct errors, and indicate potential errors.


Main Challenges


The Master Data team is in charge of maintaining many different systems, all connected to each other in one way or another through interfaces.

This means that there is a high level of complexity involved and a lot needs to be learned before being fully operational.


Once settled into the job, the Master Data Assistant Controller will need to stay up-to-date with changes to the way these systems work and interact with each other.


Main Missions

  • Ensuring correctness and proper input of master data
  • Providing reports and guidance to internal customers
  • Leading projects to improve processes and internal controls

Your profile


Young graduate from an 2/3 years degree, you have at least two years of experience in an SSC or the Finance/Accounting functions of an international & industrial group.

Your are cumfortable with systems and databases, experience with ERPs (JDE, SAP ) would be a plus.
