Mandated by Mazars Global Executive Board, the Technology & digital solutions team is leading Mazars digital transformation to unleash the next stage of Mazars growth.

Specifically, the transformation will allow easier collaboration across geographies, quicker scalable service offering to clients in a safe, modern and sustainable way.

As a result, Mazarians will enjoy a seamless experience and deliver more value to clients every day.


To reach these goals, Technology & digital solutions transformation programme aims at consolidating the IT operations from a multi-local model spread across 99+ countries into a global model.

This includes the infrastructure and the operating model design needed to support Mazars business, people and clients now and in the future.

Project Manager Regionalisation - role purpose, accountabilities, experience, knowledge, and skills


The Regionalisation project aims to implement operational integration via the build of regional platforms delivering technology and digital services to clusters of countries.


The project Manager will
be in charge of the entire life cycle of this project, from the initial design phase through to delivery, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and quality requirements are met.

To achieve this, Project Manager will work with a multidisciplinary international T&DS team as well as a panel of partners and subcontractors.


Key responsibilities of the role:

Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, budget and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including but not limited to key activities, tasks, timelines and resource allocation.

Project Leadership: Ensure the project deliverables are satisfied, monitoring progress.

Communication: Manage clear and effective open communication channels with the project, sponsor, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Provide regular project status updates and reports.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and user requirement specifications. Work with Finance to ensure budget follow up and control.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely decision making, effective buy in for requirements definition, manage risks and issue resolution / escalation. Work closely with Regional management for effective transition.

Vendors management: Lead the advisory resources on defining the requirements for the RFP. Manage calls for tenders. Represent Mazars towards providers transition management. Coordinate with ITSM team for a synchronised delivery of ITSM and transition of services to the external provider.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10year experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex and transversal IT projects from initiation to completion in international environment
  • PM certification (PMP,) and knowledge of IT services excellence (ITIL)
  • Flexibility for a project management in a waterfall or agile mode
  • Expertise in external providers management for a project integration / delivery
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Fluent in English, French and Spanish
  • International travel 1520%.
