- Participer à la définition du besoin permettant d'être strictement conforme tout en protégeant au maximum l'agilité opérationnelle, l'impact sur les applications composant le système d'information.
- Piloter la mise en conformité et les homologations nécessaires des outils et systèmes d'information.
- Etablir le moyen de concilier ces mises en conformité avec l'agilité opérationnelle et les projets numériques Société (capacité de travail à distance, sur les différents sites Safran, partage sécurisé de données, …).
- Etablir les règles de gestion des accès à ces applications des personnels découlant de cette mise en conformité.
- Etablir l'impact sur la structure documentaire technique pouvant aller jusqu'à découper l'information en directive d'exécution ou en directive de type « Etats de l'Art », justification des règles et directives.
- Rédiger des expressions de besoins permettant ainsi de spécifier les exigences à faire appliquer aux différentes applications concernées.
- Former, supporter les opérationnels
- Développer des moyens permettant l'appropriation du sujet par ces opérationnels (Supports de formation, Guides de saisie, Guide pratique, Note de sensibilité…)
- Analyser avec le support du réseau des data managers, des référents réseau DATA et des autorités internes les propositions d'évolution réglementaires, et instruire les analyses d'impact pour identifier les éventuelles évolutions à apporter.

Au sein de la division Transformation Digitale & Progrès de la direction technique, le département Plan de Progrès Direction Technique & Processus DEV a pour mission d'accompagner la Direction Technique sur les axes suivants :
Afin de répondre aux exigences étatiques 'Sûreté' des programmes de défense, d'être en conformité avec le volet 'Sensibilité' et 'Contrôle des exportations', pour l'ensemble des éléments développés par la Direction Technique, il faut revoir le processus de gestion de nos données techniques. Et ce en termes d'identification, stockage, partage et accès.
L'objectif de la mission est de :
Job Requirements
Vous êtes titulaire d'un bac +5, avec 8 ans d'expérience ou plus. Vous avez des connaissances sur la 'Protection du Patrimoine Technique' et/ou sur les technologies de moteurs d'avion. Vous avez de bonnes connaissance sur les différentes règlementaires en lien avec le contrôle des exportations et la protection du potentiel scientifique et technique. Vous êtes en capacité d'animer des communications en public et accompagner nos interlocuteurs dans leur conduite au changement. Ces interlocuteurs sont également anglophones. Vous êtes organisé, méthodique et rigoureux avec un bon esprit de synthèse et savez animer des réunions et mobiliser vos interlocuteurs.
