Job Description:

Within the Consolidation team, and to reinforce the Group's financial management and to support its transformation and digitalization projects, we are looking for an administrator of SAP FC (M/F), our central consolidation and management system, with a very good knowledge of Consolidation.

Reporting to the Head of Consolidation and Accounting and the Group CFO, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

In charge of the operation and maintenance of our SAP FC Finance system and its modules: management of user rights, creation of consolidation packages, definition of consolidations and management of functional settings...
Participate in the definition and implementation of changes to be implemented, while ensuring that the definition of the need is in line with the rules of the consolidation tool
Be the privileged interlocutor of the internal IT teams: resolve the anomalies, formalize the expression of the needs and the functional specifications...
Provide user support: define and update account mapping between SAP FC and the financial systems used locally by the countries, assist the subsidiaries during the data upload, check the deliverables...
Assist the consolidation team in the closing process: reliability and control of consolidated data (consolidation rules, exchange rates, scope management), reconciliation of intragroup transactions, improvement of analysis and reporting tools for statutory and management consolidation purposes
Participate in the transformation and digitalization projects carried out by the group
Manage the relationship with internal and external auditors

Qualifications:

With a higher education degree, you have a similiar experience (minimum 3 years of professionnal experience) within an international company.

You have experience in the administration of SAP FC and have a good knowledge of the consolidat
