    EXPERIENCES est un cabinet de recrutement et conseil qui accompagne TPE, PME, grands groupes dans leur quotidien et leur développement, et candidats dans leurs projets de changement et d'évolution sur tout le territoire français. Nous recrutons, pour un industriel reconnu dans le secteur du packaging, un technico-commercial spécialisé H/F

    Le poste :

    Dans ce contexte de développement, nous recherchons, pour ce client, un(e) technico-commercial(e) pour accompagner la croissance sur la zone Nord / Île-de-France / Est
    Le poste joue un rôle central dans la croissance de l'activité et le développement du chiffre d'affaires auprès d'une clientèle d'industriels de l'agroalimentaire.
    La mission consiste à développer et piloter un portefeuille clients, à prospecter de nouveaux comptes et à identifier des opportunités de croissance.
    Le technico-commercial H/F analyse les besoins, propose des solutions techniques adaptées, mène les négociations commerciales et conclut les accords.
    Un suivi régulier des clients existants est assuré afin de garantir leur satisfaction et leur fidélisation.
    Le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes pour répondre aux demandes spécifiques et assurer la faisabilité des projets.

    Profil recherché :

    Titulaire d'une formation technique ou commerciale, le profil recherché dispose d'une expérience confirmée en développement commercial BtoB et en négociation dans un environnement similaire (solutions de packaging à destination des industriels)
    L'expertise technique sur les solutions à proposer est nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins d'industriels de l'agroalimentaire
    Une aisance relationnelle, une forte capacité de conviction et une bonne organisation sont indispensables.
    La maîtrise des outils CRM et une culture du résultat sont appréciées.
    Le poste est proposé sous statut cadre avec véhicule de fonction et équipements professionnels.
