We are looking for a Process Management Specialist located in our fermented dairy cultures plant based in Saint Germain lès Arpajon (91).

In the Operations department, and more precisely in the Process Management team, you will participate in the continuous improvement of the quality and productivity of our products and in the industrial development of new products introduced by R & D.


Main missions:

Improved productivity:

You will develop the productivity by working on the product, recipe, methods and process aspects.

You will be responsible for the definition of experience plans, their implementation and the analysis of the results as part of the feasibility studies and will be in charge of the implementation and validation of these improvements on an industrial scale.


Quality improvement:


You will participate in the analysis of product quality drifts, and propose and implement corrective and preventive corrective actions in partnership with the operational departments.

You will participate in the statistical analysis of the production monitoring parameters, in order to identify the sources of variability.


Industrial development of new products:


You will be in charge of various industrial tests and will work hand in hand with R&D, quality services, production, technical services.

You will contribute to the optimization of the different production recipes and will guarantee the good implementation of the products.


New equipments qualification:


You will play a major role in the strategic investment local & global projects in qualifying new equipments and production processes.


Profile:

You hold a scentific background in food processes and have some very good knowledge of microbiology and process equipment.
You understand very well the cleaning in place. You have a similar experience of minimum 3 years.

  • Dynamic, you like working in a diverse environment with multiple tasks,
  • As a good team player, you enjoy contributing to collective missions,

By communicating well, you can listen and pass your messages with pedagogy.


Your scientific approach and reasoning, as well as your knowledge in statistics and project management will be your assets to succeed in this position.

You are able to be proactive, creative and autonomous to find the best adaptive solutions to any situations.
