We are now looking for a

Suppliers Inspector
to join our Special Applications (SA) team.

The preferred location for the position is in Mulhouse or Surgeres, France.

As Suppliers Inspector, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

Receipt of parts at the supplier's premises
Creation of inspection reports
Inspection of rework parts for UD and Z40 engines
Management of the provisional inspection schedules in conjunction with the suppliers and customers concerned
Implementation of the necessary steps for inspections (relations with the customer's supervisory bodies)
Creation of modification sheets in case of obsolescence
Opening and followup of notifications

The missions are carried out while respecting the applicable rules as regards Quality, Safety and Environment, in accordance with the commitment of Wärtsilä.

Travel is to be expected in the amount of 80%.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

Degrees + 2 years
35 years of experience in:
Nuclear control
Technical knowledge of rotating machines, mechanics, and motors
Supplier's inspection
English intermediate
Office package intermediate
SAP intermediate

In addition, you will shine in this role, when you have:

Customer and Business Oriented

Inspecteur Fournissuers H/F
pour rejoindre l'équipe de Special Applications (SA) de Wärtsilä à Mulhouse ou Surgeres, France.

En tant que Inspecteur Fournissuers, vos missions seront les suivantes:

Réception des pièces chez le fournisseur
Rédaction des rapports d'inspection
Inspection des pièces de rechange des moteurs UD et Z40
Gestion des plannings prévisionnels d'inspection en lien avec les fournisseurs et les clients concernés
Mise en œuvre des démarches nécessaires aux inspections (relations avec les organismes de surveillance des clients)
Création des fiches de modification en cas d'obsolescence
Ouverture et suivi des notifications

Les missions sont effectuées en respectant les règles applicables en matière de Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement, conformément à l'engagement de Wärtsilä.

Des déplacements sont à prévoir à hauteur de 80%.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous:

Bac +
3-5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur:
Contrôle nucléaire
Connaissances techniques : machines tournantes, mécaniques et moteurs
Inspection fournisseurs
Anglais intermédiaire
Pack Office intermédiaire
SAP intermédiaire
Rigueur, Organisation, Autonomie
Capacité à convaincre ses interlocuteurs
Orientation Client et business
Maîtrise des normes ISO et autres normes qualité
