We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

Job description:

You will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Independent planning, implementation and moderation of product-related FMEAs (incl. Digital models)
  • Adherence to the specified methodology and ensuring the formal correctness of the FMEAs
  • Ensuring consistency between product and process FMEAs
  • Ensuring FMEA interfaces with customers and suppliers
  • Moderation of feature classification
  • Crosssite FMEA moderation
  • Feedback of lessons learned from 8D into the FMEAs
  • Creation of reusable FMEA modules
  • Creation and distribution of FMEA assessments
  • Monitoring the progress of FMEA projects
  • Continuous training and support of the technical departments about methodology and tools (structural analysis, analysis functional, failure analysis, risk evaluation, optimization value)
  • Monitoring and support about the connection related between technical specifications / drawings /special characteristics / D-FMEA / P-FMEA / Control plan

Profile:


Knowledge / Know how:


  • Extensive experience with FMEAs in the automotive sector
  • Technical experience
  • Experience with Li-Ione Batteries would be an asset
  • Knowledge of FMEA software and methods
  • Methodological knowledge of FMEA according to AIAG-VDA Handbook

Experience:


  • Min. 5 years of experience with FMEA analysis and animation
  • Experienced in Quality tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or similar technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience


Key behaviours:


  • Team player, with good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize,
  • Knowledge of the France and English language
  • Creativity, dedication, and cost awareness are necessary qualities
  • Good communication skills

Some extra skills which make the difference

  • German language is a plus
  • Experience with Li-Ione Batteries would be an asset
