We are looking for a highly motivated customer acquisition analyst.

This is a dynamic and practical position, requiring analytical skills, sense of prioritization and the capacity to make proactive proposals.

Your role:_

  • Experimenting with outbound campaigns and analyzing results so we can constantly keep improving
  • Creating new lists of target companies and contacts for the outbound campaigns
  • Following up on replies and potential opportunities until they are ready for a meeting with the Business Development team
  • Updating the information about new opportunities in our Pipedrive CRM
  • Working directly with the Business Development team to help them prepare new custom campaigns for targeting specific verticals
  • Work with your colleagues in the Business Generation team on cross functional projects as an owner of the outbound channel
  • Help improve our Sales Enablement materials and Sales process documentation
  • Marketing automation, data enrichment through AI, BI on competitive landscape and trends

Recruitment process:


  • 1 initial telephone interview to get to know each other (approx. 30 minutes)
  • 1 technical interview with your future tutor (1h)
