I'm currently partnering with a leading European consumer group in the experience and leisure space to appoint an Entrepreneur in Residence to found and scale a brand-new venture.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced builder to take a concept from zero to one, with the backing of an established market leader — including funding, infrastructure, distribution, and strategic support.
The OpportunityMy client is entering an ambitious new growth phase, launching a portfolio of new digital-first ventures that will redefine how people discover, book, and share real-world experiences.
As Entrepreneur in Residence, you will operate as a founder, with full ownership of venture execution while leveraging the group's ecosystem where relevant.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and validating a new business opportunity aligned with strategic themes
Building and testing an MVP through rapid iteration and user insight
Defining go-to-market strategy and acquisition channels
Hiring and leading an early founding team across product, growth, and operations
Owning venture performance, KPIs, and path to product-market fit
Scaling an independent business with strong corporate backing
Candidate Profile
This role will suit someone who thrives in early-stage environments and has a genuine founder mindset.
Ideal background includes:
Experience launching or scaling digital ventures, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms
7+ years in entrepreneurship, general management, or early-stage leadership roles
Strong execution focus, independence, and comfort operating outside traditional playbooks
Passion for experiences, travel, leisure, or consumer platforms (highly advantageous)
