As a member of the Payroll team you will deal with all employees & Managers on a daily basis. We cover all countries in which easyJet has a base - UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal & Spain.


Your main responsibility will be the day to day payroll process for UK; this will involve liaising with 3rd party vendors as well as internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our Payroll Specialists in their day-to-day activities. Your primary responsibility will be to update our HR System with any payroll-initiated changes and administer off-system modifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for general payroll administration, addressing queries in our case management system.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure consistency in quality across all countries and communities. You will be expected to complete transactions with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to our Payroll Timetable. Self-management of your workload will be crucial to prioritise tasks within the payroll schedule and ensure adherence to processes.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with country legislation and regulations. Accurate reporting and peer checks will be essential in accurately documenting any manual administration tasks within the payroll schedule. Furthermore, your assistance will be valuable in checking and correcting the payroll during the trial stage.
Your role will also involve active collaboration with base management teams across our network. Attending base meetings when required will contribute to effective communication and coordination.


To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of French payroll systems and familiarity with country-specific legislation and compliance requirements will be beneficial. English language capability is needed, and French Language capability necessary.

Location and hours of Work

  • This fulltime role will be based at our offices in Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and will be 35 hours per week.
