Your mission:

You are in charge of setting, driving and sustaining Train Control Development Tool Chain programs and associated products. You will support site Train Control and Train Validation organization in deploying and using tools suite. Tool chain includes tools for configuration, Development, Coding, Validation and Maintenance of control command systems. You will report to the Train Control Solution Director.

Your responsibilities:

Capture and Define user needs
for Train control development tools products and ensure sustaining requirements are defined, in conjunction with users and Train Control and Train Validation Metier

Ensure consistency between tools development Roadmap and Train Control Solution roadmap

Support and
drive development tools convergence in liaison with stakeholders

Develop and Validate Business Case for any Technology Refresh, Technology Update and enhancement of development tools in liaison with stakeholders

Manage periodic review meetings with product development departement, supports centres and Métier
-
Manage Performance Indicators for development and sustaining activities (Customer Satisfaction, Profitability, Plan Delivery, gate review on time)

Support deployment and user with the Engineering organization

Your profile:

You have been holding a technical software role dealing with
continuous integration platforms, agile development, tests driven development and complex Control Command System development in rail way or comparable industry with international matrix organization (5 Years min) where you have demonstrated your commitment to QCD and ability to influence others for successful shared decisions making process.

Graduated from an Engineering Degree or equivalent, you are fluent in English. You are open to travel.
