- Sur les incidents ou demandes utilisateurs, apporter le support technique adéquat et appliquer les procédures IT existantes (N1 et N2).
- Partager avec son manager tout sujet / info qui pourrait avoir un impact sur le S.I.
- Après validation du responsable infrastructures et sécurité des SI, rédiger les procédures à destination des utilisateurs.
- S'assurer en permanence de la sécurité (présence antivirus, contrôle matériel partenaire, etc...) et vérifier que les consignes sont bien déployées au niveau des utilisateurs.
- Mettre en place les correctifs permettant de diminuer les alertes liées aux outils de supervision.
- Réaliser et mettre à jour la documentation technique (dossier d'exploitation, modes opératoires, plan d'exploitation, plan de sauvegardes...).
- Effectuer l'administration régulière des outils techniques utilisés au sein de la DSI (montée de version, analyse de logs, tuning, documentation, mise en exploitation) Firewall, Réseau, Microsoft O365.
- Alerter son manager en cas d'incident majeur du S.I.
- Traiter et / ou coordonner les incidents majeurs.
- Après accord du responsable infrastructures et sécurité des SI, se coordonner avec le partenaire IT et s'assurer de la qualité de l'intervention du partenaire
- Communiquer (interne IT et/ou interne Cérélia) sur les interventions réalisées sur son périmètre.
- Respecter les process et bonnes pratiques IT (utilisation d'alias métier, ...).
- Définir le cadre (rédaction du cahier des charges, estimation plan et charge projet)
- Proposer de solutions (déclinaison du besoin en solution technique) en tenant compte du S.I. existant et des règles et bonnes pratiques Cérélia (réseau, mots de passe, cybersécurité,).
- Mettre en œuvre la mise en œuvre de la solution technique et coordonne les différents acteurs du projet (prestataires, équipe informatique).
- Assurer la qualité de la mise en service de ses projets (documentation, passage de compétence, monitoring, etc...).

Tu es reconnu(e) pour ta rigueur et tu sais travailler en autonomie.
Tu as un bon niveau d'anglais.
