- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure all fitness and Club services, protocols and procedures are followed
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Fitness Center and teaching area including where equipment is housed
- Ensure the smooth operation of all equipment through periodic service checks and reporting and issues promptly
- Responsible for scheduling and organizing the daily business of personal training clients Submission and organization of proper paperwork for daily clientele
- Perform various body work modalities including but not limited to restorative, myofascial release, ART, Hendrickson Technique, physical therapy among others
- Plan and conduct fitness exercise sessions, personal training sessions, group training experiences, and in-service education sessions.
- Maintain professional certifications (NASM, ACSM, ACE, AFAA, Pilates) while continually pursuing a greater degree of knowledge and expertise
- Maintaining current CPR Certification
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
