We are seeking a Global Scientific & Technical Manager Feed Digestibility (GSTM) who will be the architect of the technical solution programs (diagnostic, products and services) tailored to the needs of monogastrics, ruminants, and aqua sectors.

Your mission will be to define, implement, and oversee the execution of these programs, ensuring they align with our strategic vision and customer demands.

Key missions:

***- Designing and overseeing business support programs and studies, ensuring their successful execution. The role includes leading the design and execution of trials for specific categories and solutions, working closely with Research & Innovation (R&I) to shape the development strategy.

Identifying and anticipating customer needs at a technical level and translating these into actionable programs, including technical training, product solutions, and support trials. The position requires direct engagement with key customers and regional colleagues to implement these programs effectively. Additionally, the job entails ensuring that appropriate solutions are offered to the right customers at the optimal time.
Enhancing the market presence and technical communication of products, services, or solutions with a foundation in scientific evidence. It focuses on creating value through technical solution programs and plays a pivotal role in supporting the development of technical content for marketing campaigns and addressing competitorrelated challenges.
Managing technical communication both internally and externally, ensuring that updates on studies and developments are effectively disseminated to key regional teams. Additionally, the role provides comprehensive technical support to regions and customers, including responding to inquiries, assisting with study protocols, and conducting trials to meet customer needs.

Main Skills:

Profile required:

Education in Animal nutrition and/or animal health (PhD) with a solid working experience (+5 years) in a technical support or R&D position
Strong experience in designing, monitoring, analyzing and communicating results of scientific or commercial trials (oral communication at conferences / technical article).
Different International assignments would be a plus
Deep knowledge in poultry and/or swine as well as in feed additive would be a plus.
Strong Customer centric spirit, solution and problemsolving provider with ability to answer swiftly and to the point to colleagues and customers
Strong ability to manage and animate transversally, without hierarchical influence, in a very multicultural / international environment; with crossfunctional interfaces.
Fluency in English is mandatory (oral and written, technical and nontechnical). Knowledge of a second language would be a plus.
Enjoys traveling (20 to 30% of the time) and establishing new networks and contacts.
