RESPONISBILITIES:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and establish strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive market penetration and revenue diversification.
  • Provide strategic guidance on product development and positioning based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of commercial objectives with overall business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry associations, and government agencies to drive industry advocacy and market influence.
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisionmaking and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team to foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the energy, cleantech, or manufacturing industry, with a focus on commercial strategy and business development.
  • Deep understanding of the hydrogen economy, electrolysis technology, and related markets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence crossfunctional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and sustainability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
