We are seeking a Content Moderator to join our team.The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure that it meets our community guidelines and standards.
As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our usersWhat you'll be doing?
- Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies;
- Visually navigate and review textbased comments and user profiles
- Moderate and escalate violations of client policies using internal tools
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
- Balance priorities of daily workflow tasks in line with client needs
Why you are a good fit ?
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in
French: - Intermediate level in English
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
