    Description

    Agently est une agence spécialisée dans l'élaboration et la mise en place de stratégies Social Media & Influence depuis +4 ans. Nous accompagnons des clients comme Europcar, Happn, Sony Music, Guerlain ou encore Bolt.

    L'agence compte 6 créateurs de contenu en exclusivité dans l'agence, et +800 talents activés / an.

    PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

    • Vous justifiez d'au moins 1 année d'expérience dans une fonction similaire : Chef de Projet, Chargée de casting, Chargée d'Influence.
    • Doté(e) d'un esprit de synthèse et convaincant(e), vous avez une vision d'ensemble qui fédère les différentes parties, et vous permet d'interagir facilement avec l'ensemble des interlocuteurs nécessaires à la commercialisation des projets.
    • Vous appréciez les challenges et êtes persévérant(e).
    • Aisance à l'écrit et à l'oral, notamment pour le briefing des créateurs sur les projets commerciaux & les échanges clients.
    • Niveau Bac+3 minimum.

    MISSIONS

    • Assurer les relations entre l'agence et les créateurs de contenus activés pour le compte de nos clients, lors de campagnes commerciales.
    • Sourcing des créateurs de contenus adaptés aux différents clients de l'agence et briefs receptionnés par nos clients.
    • Élaboration des briefs à envoyer aux créateurs de contenus.
    • Organisation et supervision des projets sortants : briefing - tournage - planning.
    • Créer des recommandations stratégiques, en lien avec l'équipe commerciale, pour finaliser des opérations.
    • Réalisation de reportings, avec étude de l'ensemble des KPI's.
    • Veille sur les créateurs émergents sur les plateformes : Instagram - TikTok - YouTube.
