    Main Responsibilities

    Distributor and dealer after sale service support:

    1. After sale service contract review and negotiation;
    2. Regular visit and communication for after sale service issue;
    3. Refund reconciliation;

    After sale service center repair support:

    1. Service providers authentication and contract review, negotiation;
    2. Service repair TAT and Repair quality management;
    3. Service center repair related technician support;
    4. Service center compliance checking and measure;

    Spare part:

    1. Responsible for overall spare parts business management;
    2. Samples management (receiving, package, delivery, etc);

    Consumer issue support:

    1. Crisis and end user complain handling;
    2. Hotline issue support;

    Requirements

    • Be able to work under pressure and be target oriented;
    • Good English and French, both written and spoken;
    • Ability to work flexibly, effectively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
    • Positive and proactive approach to work;
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
    • Adapts communication style and works effectively across multiple functions and sites;
    • Has after sales service industry or operation management experience at least 1 year.
