We are looking for a Project Manager trainee/intern/student for our Development & Design Services department in Helsinki, Finland, ideally for a 6 months full time contract.

From property development advisory to project and cost management, from program management to engineering design and sustainability, from fit-out to asset repositioning and major base-build schemes, our services span every dimension across all asset types, sectors and regions.

Main responsibilities


As part of our Property Development / Project Management team, you will work on programming, developing and implementing office real estate projects on behalf of occupiers, investors and public players.

We are looking for a student/intern/trainee who will support our experienced consultants with the following:

Support in initiate and setting up projects, i.e. creating orga-charts, participant lists, communication processes, etc.

Organising and minuting all type of project meetings, design meetings and construction meetings.

Support in preparing and maintain budget, program, and risk schedules

Support in the tender and procurement of consultants, suppliers, and contractors.

Prepare monthly project status reports

Update project programme and risk reports

Support in cost controlling

Prepare and issue regular (monthly) site progress reports

Take care of the project documentation and handover at project close out

Support with producing feasibility studies, scenario analyses reports, etc by collecting available data from the market, analysing urban planning preconditions, support with cost estimates, etc;

You will systematically work on several projects at the same time, under a senior project manager' supervision and in collaboration with several team members - also from other business lines.

For the benefit of the team, you will also contribute to optimizing our processes, tools and templates.

Experience and knowledge
You are currently successfully completing a degree in civil (construction) engineering, architecture, or other real estate related studies.

You have theoretical knowledge about construction processes and property development.

Very good knowledge of MS Office systems

Confident knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Good knowledge of CAD, graphics and presentation programmes as well as knowledge of visualization

Personal qualities


You should have the ability to quickly form an overall picture of complex issues and are not afraid to make decisions.

As a person, you describe yourself as prestige less and easy to work with.
