MyDigitalSchool Lille, établissement d'enseignement supérieur privé spécialisé dans les métiers du digital recherche activement pour le compte de l'une de ses entreprises partenaires spécialisée dans la permanence et prospection téléphonique, un community manager en alternance. Vous suivrez en même temps chez nous un bachelor 3 Webmarketing et Social Médias pour une durée de 12 mois. L'entreprise est située à Journy (62) entre Calais, Boulogne et Saint-Omer.
Au sein de l'entreprise, vos missions seront :
Votre rôle d'animation :
Recherche de contenus
- Elaboration et rédaction de contenus
- Suivi et analyse des statistiques de la présence des marques (Sites, pages fans, compte youtube, autres...)
- Gestion de la bibliothèque partagée de contenus
- Implication aux côtés des commerciaux dans un groupe de travail « Veille, bonnes pratiques et outils marketing»
- A défaut de produire les contenus de l'ensemble des pages/ supports, vous devez en planifier et coordonner leur création.
- Force de proposition dans le positionnement des pages et de recommandation dans la conduite d'opérations d'animations
- Participation aux travaux newsletter d'information et de veille interne à l'entreprise
- Créations de tous éléments graphiques nécessaires au développement de l'image de l'entreprise
La veille et mesure de notoriété :
Assurer une veille technologique (nouvelles applications, évolutions des contraintes de facebook et autres réseaux sociaux...)
- Réaliser un suivi des opérations et pratiques concurrentes en terme publicitaire et communication (actions digitales et actualités des concurrents)
- Contrôle de l'e-réputation des marques de l'entreprise et intervention si nécessaire en relation avec l'équipe marketing.
Profil recherché et competences requises :
Vous êtes issu de formation niveau Bac+2 (DUT MMI / BTS Communication / Bachelor Marketing Digital / BTS NRDC)
Compétences requises :
Avoir des compétences liées aux métiers de la communication web :
- Capacité réelle en rédaction web (Orthographe impeccable, connaissance des bonnes pratiques du référencement naturel)
- Motivé et motivant sachant travailler en équipe et passionné par les nouvelles technologies.
- Maîtrise des paramétrages techniques sur les différentes plateformes sociales (twitter, facebook, youtube, linkedin, ...)
- Notion en intégration HTML et wordpress
- Capacité ou motivation à prendre des photographies et vidéos de qualité, les retoucher, et les adapter aux contraintes du web
- Des qualités créatives et la connaissance des logiciels de création graphique ou la volonté de les apprendre seraient un plus
