Your responsibilities:


Under the hierarchical responsibility of the APAC Sales Manager, your main mission is to develop our Software Sales, Services, and Hardware within the quality organizations of several major industrial accounts (automotive, aerospace, transportation, energy) whose Productions plants are located in India.

You will work together to coordinate your activity with our sales strategy to identify targets and reach your objectives.

In this role, you will also work closely with:

The Strategic Key Account Manager:

to ensure business development with other major clients whose decision-making centers are outside your geographical responsibility area but have production centers in Asia, and vice versa, to transmit information about your accounts enabling project development outside your geographical responsibility area.

The Alliance Sales Channel Manager (Within these same major accounts)


Main activities include:

  • Being the ambassador of Metrologic Group in the market
  • Promoting the company's positive image
  • Contributing to the promotion of its products and services
  • Participating in events, professional exhibitions, and social networks
  • Developing and consolidating revenue
  • Generating leads and opportunities to boost the pipeline
  • Ensuring the growth of the order book by gaining market share with targeted clients
  • Building customer loyalty
  • Transmitting and coordinating information within client matrix organizations and with partners.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Regular and spontaneous reporting on the progress of opportunities and projects, especially through our CRM
This position is for you if...


You hold a technical degree and have a successful first experience as a Key Account Manager ideally in Asia (India, China, or elsewhere) or at least in an international environment within a service, engineering, or software company.

A good knowledge of the industry is necessary. The best applicant is a natural hunter with a good analytical approach, ready to conquer our markets.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
  • An affinity for technology and curiosity
  • A pragmatic approach and a capacity to make proposals
  • A keen sense of collaboration with product and project teams
  • Good listening and analytical skills to best support your clients
  • Professional travel to client and partner sites (50%)
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential to succeed in this position.
