Description

Areas of Responsibility:

Come and discover the Energy Management function and Sales, through immersion in a generalist and operational framework, alongside our Sales team, and learn about cross-functional management of a wide panorama of Energy Management themes


Supports the Sales process and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, especially for interns/apprentices.

Participate to all tasks to Sales Department (contract, route to market/PPA folder )

Support the team for operational Sales tasks like:

  • Offers Analysis and Comparison
  • Daybyday activities within Sales Department
Participate in the launch of the tender for RtM (Route-to-Market Service) PPA (Power Purchasing Agreement) and monitor their implementation.

Facilitates communications between Sales France and ERG Headquarter.

Create, maintains and revises the Sales Folders.


Be a privileged interlocutor of Sales Department and other Department to answer their questions on tender process and daily activities.

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.


Studies:

Business school or University master's degree with Economics.


Work Experience:

Internship in Energy Management.


Languages:


  • French: fluently
  • English: level B2 (Italian would be an upside)

IT Skills:

Excellent Microsoft office skills.

  • Critical independent thinking and ability to solve problems
  • Excellent team work, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
