Your Mission
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our People Operations team. The Payroll Specialist will take ownership of payroll processing for approximately 700 employees across three different collective agreements.

  • The Payroll Specialist will collaborate closely with the People Operations Specialists and report directly to the Payroll Manager.


Extensive communication with an external accounting firm, responsible for managing the payroll tool, and ensuring accurate payroll data submission is a crucial aspect of this role.


Your responsibilities:


  • Manage the endtoend payroll process for employees in France, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Address payrollrelated inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure seamless integration of Payroll processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in French labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements affecting payroll.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Assist the Payroll manager with yearend payroll activities, including annual reporting and compliance tasks.

Your qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Payroll/HR preferred
  • Proven experience in French payroll processing
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • Knowledge of the following collective agreements is an advantage (Syntec, transports routiers et activités auxiliaires de transport, Assurance)
  • Familiarity with Silae is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work autonomously, with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
