About us

Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his native country, Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris and designed his collections there until 1968. His ultra-modern forms became the signature of the House.

Christian Dior considered him " the master of us all " and Gabrielle Chanel as "the couturier of couturiers." Demna, artistic director since 2015, designs all of the men's and women's ready-to-wear and haute couture collections as well as the leather goods and accessories lines.

Balenciaga now has over 4,000 employees and nearly 300 points of sale worldwide

We are currently seeking a Talent Development Apprentice who will report to the HR Development Director.

Job Description:

Your opportunity_
You will contribute to design and implement new HR Development initiatives for our Regions
You will support the team to optimize talent acquisition and management and performance management activities.
How you will contribute_
Contribute to the design, the implementation and change management of local and global initiatives (employees onboarding, offboarding, engagement, inclusion & diversity)
Support continuous improvement actions in the area of Talent Acquisition, Career Development and Performance Management
Perform benchmarks, data analysis, reporting to feed the HR Development strategy
Handle employee engagement activities (internal communication, welcome pack, associations partnerships )
Assist in animating the global HR community for people development related topics

Solution oriented, curious with an appetite to learn
Organized and results focus
Good at juggling data and like to promote your ideas via impactful presentations
B2 level in English
