Sales Administration NORTH AMERICA

Based in Lorient, France

727 Sailbags is a French lifestyle brand which uses recycled sails to create and manufacture high-end handbags, ready to wear and home decoration items.

We are looking to hire a new team member to handle our
Sales Administration and inventory management for the North American Market.

This role will take the form of an
apprenticeship ( 12 to 24 months).

It will be based at our headquarters in
Lorient, France, with the aim to support the growth of our US subsidiary.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Inventory Management for North America:

Following inventory levels at the US warehouse
Ensuring reliability of inventory data in the ERP and other relevant IT systems
Analysing sales in our various channels (retail, web, wholesale, boatshows )
Recommending the adequate assortment offer for the US market based on the sales analysis
Placing orders with the French production unit to ensure an optimal level of inventory in the US

Sales Administration for North American Customers:

Receive orders from US and Canadian multibrand retailers
Following up with B2B customers and confirm availability of products and timing of delivery
Issuing invoices
Creating and updating accounts in US marketplaces
Following up on delivery to B2B customers

Financial and commercial reporting

Generating sales reporting and analysis (with multiple indicators)
Sharing the data and recommendations with all team members in France and the US
Liaising with our US CPA (certified public accountant) to ensure financial accounts are properly held

Required Qualifications:

Currently studying business, engineering or sales (Baccalauréat +2 and above)
Fluent English and French (English Native would be a plus)
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills,
Numbers, ratios and indicators appeal to you
Customer and solution oriented
A flexible mindset and the ability to grow in your role
Ability to think outside the box and take initiative
Experience of working in an international environment
