As a key player, you'll contribute to our robust network that utilizes passenger aircraft cargo hold capacity and 6 dedicated cargo planes, while expanding into high-value freight transportation such as express and postal freight, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace.

Additionally, you'll help us maintain our industry leadership in innovation and digitalization.

A new CRM project for Cargo clients is scheduled for January 2023, expanding the train to accommodate new teams (CRM, Cargo OCP, and Call & Mail Management System).

Tendering and funding efforts are in progress.


Role Description:

As an integral part of the SAFE Digital Commercial Cargo train overseeing 8 teams, you'll assume the role of Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Collaborating with the Product Manager (PM) and System Architect (SA), you'll ensure teams progress towards self-organization, autonomy, continuous improvement, and value creation.

This includes maintaining software quality, product consistency, lifecycle support, and meeting non-functional requirements.

Notably, within the CRM project, you'll navigate complex scenarios:

Integrating new teams (expanding to 11 from 8 teams) Managing relationships, dependencies, and risks with selected CRM solution provider(s) Handling high business pressure and change within Cargo customer service.

Mission Duration: 24 months


Communication Language:
Mandatory proficiency in English (C2, Bulat), used daily.


Travel:
Limited professional travel to Amsterdam, Paris, Valbonne, or Toulouse.


Collaboration:
Collaborators include Cargo clients, customer service teams, and API users.
