Within SCORE pro]ect in EIT (Our Transformation Plan), who have received the Go to launch a pro]ect

dedicated to Facility & Site Management activities optimisation

This project will aims to improve the process end to end from the specification to the good/service receipt for vendors

performing Facility management activities.

Missions à réaliser
The subcontracted activity will take place for Marignane Facility Management activities whatever the internal customer

Engineering, Support&Sevices and Operations (lndustry & Procurement), Programs, Corporate,....., but will be

discussed with central FM in Toulouse

The service provider will have to propose an approach to ensure that the needs of all Directorate in Marignane are

rightly identified & validated by the Site Directorate

Elaborate a functional specification template to ensure the completude of the need identification within the

RFP process with a simplify way to collect the needs
- ldentify a workflow of validation from Facility Management to Site Management

Ensure the identification of main performance driver for OTD, OTQ, OTC
Propose a tool solution

Livrables attendus

Interview of Facility Management, General Procurement, Site Management,

HSE, Security & IM (EIlT) and 5 Key Users

Proposal of a template
Validation of the template
Define a formal gate (template, mandatory documents and validation) to ensure the needs are properly reflected in the RFP
Interview of Facility
Management, General Procurement, Site Management, HSE, Security & IM (EIlTfor the workflow
Define 4 specificity (main FM activities) for the tool
Ensure an easy translation of needs to Procurement for Specification inside any RFP
