Service Market Logistics is part of Group Trucks Operations.

We are approximately 3,500 employees in over 40 locations globally and deliver world class operational excellence for our customers based on smart logistics solutions.

Our job is to develop, manage and optimize the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands and Joint Ventures.

The scope for Service Market Logistics includes Flow Optimization, Inventory Management, Distribution Center operations, Customs & Trade as well as the development of logistics solutions to ensure highest possible parts availability, delivery precision and quality globally.

Trainee Customs Compliance

The Volvo Group Customs & Trade and Export Control organization (CTEC) is responsible to ensure compliance to customs rules & regulations and optimize Volvo Group processes to reduce duty related costs globally.

We are about 100 employees around the world with expertise in Customs regulations. We now need to strengthen the Swedish Customs Compliance team with a Customs Compliance Manager.
In this position, you will assist the Compliance Manager with customs clearances and the implementation of new set-ups.

The Customs France department is hosted by Renault Trucks in Lyon. Renault Trucks is an Authorized Economic Operator, Authorized Exporter, Central Customs Clearance Procedure and NCTS agreement.
We work daily with a team of customs declarants external to Volvo Group. Our responsibilities are all the brands in France and South EMEA.

Import/export declarations audit management
Monitoring of the customs deviations table
Follow up nonconformity sheet
Recover customs documents from third party broker for archiving (EX, IM, nonexit ECS)
Continuous improvement on customs processes

Degree International Business (BAC +2)
English language is required
Office 365 knowledge
Communication skills
Independent and organized
