Our activity is looking for an
Apprentice HRBP & Industrial relations for its R&D Center based in Bavans (30 min from Belfort; 15 min from Monbéliard; near Switzerland).
Apprenticeship duration 1 year, from September.
What makes the position interesting ?:
As a Human Resources apprentice, you will work in the HR department at the Bavans site as part of a team around 15 people.
This position will enable you to discover 2 aspects ofHuman Resources:
social relations and the position of HRBP.
This experience will be a real springboard within the Group and could be followed by a VIE in Europe, America, Africa or Asia, where Forvia sends more than 400 talented young people to gain 'immersive' international experience.
You will be working on challenges that matter:
You will be working in two different areas:
- Social relations:
- Acting as a coordinator in preparing the mandatory monthly meetings of the CSE and
CSSCT:
HR site KPIs, preparing questions from trade union organizations, etc.
- Monitoring crossfunctional HR projects
- You will provide support to the HRBP for the entire site (Faurecia Hydrogen Solution and
Faurecia Exhaust Systems:
Europe & Global Engineering division)
- Integration: Manage the preparation for the arrival and integration of new talents: administrative management of employee file before the arrival.
- Immigration: Management of the immigration process for impatriate employees: being in charge of the employee's immigration file in collaboration with immigration services.
- Administration: Ensure the administrative management of files with HRBP and keep databases updated in accordance with Forvia standards and tools (PASS).
- Events: Participating in events and projects in parallel with the main tasks: schools forum, sponsoring, etc.

- Master level (Human Resources or Legal studies)
- Fluent professional English: Ability to interact professionally with ease
- International mindset: Ability to adapt in multicultural environments
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- First work experience in an HR department would be an advantage
- Ability to analyze and make proposal
