Marlink SAS is looking to add a further member to its Accounting International Shared Service Centre. Our
business focuses on providing a comprehensive accounting and tax solution to the companies of Marlink
Group.

Your Mission:

The general accounting in French / local and

IFRS gaap

Fixed assets (Inprogress monitoring,

activation, depreciation, scrap and sale,
impairment)

Stock (Control of movements, computation of

the depreciation, Cooperation and
involvement to the physical stocktake)

Payroll (control and registration, including

payroll taxes)

Treasury (payment preparation, gestion

registration of the operations on bank, current
account, borrowing and loan accounts, bank
reconciliation, revaluation)

Main Tasks:

Management of the physical stock take with

Logistics

Solving payroll issues with HR Department
Monthly closing works with the Controlling

Department

Tax filling forms with tax advisors
Yearly financial audit with the auditors

Qualifications & Professional skills:

BETC Higher National Diploma specialized in

Accountancy and Management or equivalent.

Similar experience within international

environment.

Excellent English and French written and

verbal communication skills.

Excel skills: Functions *.IF, Logic operators,

VLOOKUP, Pivot tables.

Organization, rigour, eye for accuracy and

detail, and sense of service.
