Red sky personnel UK are supporting a globally renowned event and technology service provider seeking an experienced technical events manager specialised in the audio visual field.
Responsible for the overall management of the Audio Visual department across multiple assigned hotels in Paris, you focus on delivering superior customer service.
You are in charge of local marketing and sales development within your sites and can help with your support for the opening of new local hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
As the main point of contact, you receive requests from our customers on a daily basis and ensure that their requests and expectations are met.
- You participate in customer meetings and technical visits on site;
- You offer adapted and innovative solutions, with the appropriate internal and/or external resources;
- You establish the quotes in accordance with the commercial policy of the company and are the guarantor of the profitability of your project;
- You coordinate the overall performance of the service (material, human, logístical resources, etc.) in compliance with the company's processes;
- You report to Management on the profitability and quality of your operations;
- You provide impeccable customer service and maintain excellent relationships with customers and all your contacts;
- You are responsible for a team of Technicians and an Assistant Manager if necessary.

Required profile:
- Minimum BAC+2 training
- You have significant experience in project management in the field of entertainment or events, ideally in the hotel or luxury sector.
- You have a very good knowledge of audiovisual technical equipment, which you have been able to handle in your career (an audiovisual technician/manager background is an undeniable asset)
- You have a successful experience as a team leader
- You have a keen sense of customer service (responsiveness, availability, flexibility, adaptability) and autonomy in work; You have excellent interpersonal skills;
- A fluent level of English is required;
- Evolving in the field of luxury, an extremely neat presentation is essential.
