Vous serez responsable du support aux applications de production/fabrication et des infrastructures, ainsi que de la conception de solutions innovantes pour répondre aux besoins métiers.Au programme :
- Support aux applications de production et aux infrastructures
- Conception de solutions techniques innovantes
- Expertise en maintenance système et logiciels (MS Windows, MSSQL, VMware...)
- Conseil en gestion du cycle de vie des applications et infrastructures
- Mise à niveau des systèmes et résolution de problèmes
- Collaboration avec les équipes EMEA et les dirigeants de sites
- Analyse et résolution d'incidents complexes
- Mise en place de solutions de contournement et de correctifs
- Identification des causes profondes des problèmes et proposition d'améliorations
- Veille technologique et recherche de solutions innovantes
- Gestion de projets et planification des interventions
- Leadership et animation d'équipe
- Respect des normes et réglementations informatiques
- Communication efficace et pédagogique
