RESPONSIBILITIES
Trading Connectivity Support:
- Configuration, monitoring and support of the company's Trading infrastructure (Fix protocol)
- Configuration of monitoring and alerting using ULDashboard
- Monitoring and support of connectivity to vendors and exchanges
- Monitoring and support for exchange trading software (Vendor: Fidessa, Bloomberg, TradingTechnology softwares)
- Scripting development
- Project management of new fix connections
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years in a support environment (preferably broker, investment bank, exchange, clearing house or similar financial services)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Fix protocol
- Unix
- Scripting experience in Python, Unix Shell, java, VBA.
- Selfmotivated, thrives in a fastpaced trading environment, collaborative.
- Multitasking and prioritization in a production environment
- Understanding of Network principles (routing, firewall)
- French and English speakers
